Marqed uses a subscription model to generate revenue. In English, that means there are levels of subscription, our most basic being free. So Marqed is free, but we encourage our users to upgrade to our Pro subscription for a full feature-set, unlimited uploads and larger file uploads. Pro users also get to try out our newest features first and help us decide if they should be free or subscription only. If you're a student or teacher, Marqed Pro is $5 USD a month or $30 USD a year. Some PDFs files are corrupt and our site cannot process them correctly. Our Beta has incorporated technology to process 99% of corrupt PDF files correctly, but a few still don't work.

Word up, suggest it!

Yep! We launched this feature with our Beta release. It's awesome. Select the copy&paste tool from the toolbar and then select the text you want to copy. It will be pasted to the toolbar-clipboard and your computers clip board. All you have to do is go over to your document software of choice and paste! Simple.

Not yet, no. We've had a very small number of people request this feature so it hasn't been a big priority for us. We think getting document collaboration, perfect PDF exporting and printing, and notes search are more important so we've been developing those first. This is something we'll probably release with a downloadable version of Marqed, so look out for it in the future!

This is another feature we're actively working on. We wish this was as easy as it sounds, but it's not. Don't worry, though, we definitely see it in future releases of Marqed, so expect it soon.

Right now we're not supporting full PDF search. So you can search through your bookmarks, margin notes, and the first 25 characters of your highlights, but we have yet to scan the whole document for search. We really want to release this feature as we know how useful it will be for our users, so expect it, it's a good idea! We have to do a bunch of research on our end to figure out the correct way to query this information efficiently (so it's not super slow for you guys and gals).
