MARQED.COM PRO SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION
TERMS OF USE
These subscription terms are an agreement between Denny Chapin LLC and you. Please read them. They apply to the software named above, which includes the media on which you received it, if any. The terms also apply to any Marqed updates, supplements, and support services for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.
By purchasing the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase the software. If you are already subscribed, unsubscribe to your subscription in your Settings page by clicking your email address tab. If you are unable or experience complications, please contact Marqed at http://www.marqed.com/contact
As described below, using the software also operates as your consent to the transmission of certain computer information during registration for Internet-based services.
If you comply with these subscription terms, you have the rights below for the subscription you acquire.
1. SOFTWARE
a. Software. This software includes Marqed Pro Subscription, either student or non-student. 2. USE RIGHTS.
a. Number of Users. Only the owner of the account registered with Marqed Pro may have full right to use that account. The dissemination of login information is not permitted. b. Icons, images and sounds. All media created by Marqed must be approved for use before being used. Exceptions include our Logos as displayed in our About Us page and our Text links and Text link and image bundles also displayed on our About Us page. 3. SUBSCRIPTION
a. Monthly Subscription Duration. Users signed up for monthly billing will be charged through paypal every month. This applies to both student and non-student accounts. b. Annual Subscription Duration. Users signed up for annual billing will be charged by paypal once for a year without renewing their subscription. Users must manually renew their subscription after their subscription is finished. This applies to both student and non-student accounts. 4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
a. Subscription Cancellation. Users dissatisfied with the Marqed Pro subscription wishing to cancel their service must cancel their service through the Settings page within the Marqed User Panel (http://marqed.com/account#Settings). Marqed is not held responsible for cancellation confusion or difficulties. Users must notify Marqed for customer service regarding a cancellation issue. 5. REFUNDS
a. Refunds for Monthly Subscription. No refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions. See 4.a for cancellation terms. b. Refunds for Annual Subscription. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be granted if requested. The amount refunded depends on the duration of the users registration, divided into three month quarters per annual subscription. A user will be charged for their first three months of use even if cancellation has taken place within those first three months. A user will be refunded for the next nine months of service if cancellation occurs in the first three months, six months of service if the cancellation occurs in the first six months, and three months of service if the cancellation occurs in the first nine months of service.
